From the centre of the village of Lustleigh with the church on your right and facing the village shop, turn left out of the village. Follow this lane to a steep T junction and turn right signed North Bovey, Pethybridge and Cleave. Follow this lane for approx 1 mile. You will go round a blind bend with a small thatched cottage on the corner on the right and Hammerslake is the next house on the right, set back from the road, with a tiled roof. There is a B&B sign on the road.
